Our wine tasting evening at Evertons Wine Merchants on 1st July was a great success, bringing together members for an enjoyable evening of discovery, great food and wonderful company.
A huge thank you goes to Giovanni and Nick, who expertly guided us through a fantastic blind tasting of red and white wines from around the world. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and engaging presentation made for a fun and informative experience, with plenty of surprises along the way as we tried to identify each wine.
The evening was perfectly complemented by a delicious cold buffet, providing an excellent accompaniment to the wines and giving everyone the chance to relax, chat and catch up with fellow members.
We were also delighted to raise an amazing £100 for St Richard’s Hospice during the evening. Thank you to everyone who contributed so generously—your support will help make a real difference.
