Wednesday Club Networking Supper – Wednesday 30 April 2025

We are excited to announce that in 2025, Wednesday Club celebrates 30 years of business women networking in Worcestershire!

I am also pleased to advise that at our second event of 2025, we will be welcoming Dr Julia Sen as our guest speaker.   Her talk is entitled “Rocking Midlife: the Smart Girl’s Guide”.

Julia is renowned across the region as a leading Consultant Ophthalmic Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgeon, qualifying as a doctor in 1993 at Leicester University.

Julia moved to the Midlands in 2009 to take up a substantive Consultant post in the Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust. In addition to her work in the NHS, Julia practices privately at Spire South Bank Hospital, Worcester and is the Director of the Dr Julia Sen Health & Wellness Clinic, Worcester.

The event is being hosted by Worcestershire Country Cricket Club in the View Suite 3 at New Road, Worcester, WR2 4QQ and will commence at 5.30 pm.

Venue Numbers

Pan fried chicken supreme {gf} in a tarragon red wine and mushroom sauce with roasted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Timings
The event starts at 5.30 pm for registration and we aim to finish around 7 pm.

Directions and Parking

From north: From the M5 junction 7 follow the cricket stumps on the road signs to the ground. From south: from M5 junction 7 follow the cricket stumps on the road signs to the ground. From east: from A422, Alcester, continue on this road to roundabout junction with A4440 (Swinesherd Way), take second exit at roundabout on to A44, continue to follow the A44 and it will lead you to New Road, the county ground will be on your left. From west: from A44, Evesham, stay on A44 (east) and it will lead you to New Road, the county ground will be on your left.

Ladies will need to park in the Premier Inn car park, walk round to the main entrance of WCCC and provide your vehicle registration number in the foyer to ensure you do not receive a parking ticket.  Once you have registered your vehicle you will need to take the lift to the first floor where they will find the View Suite 3 on the right.
