I am pleased to confirm we will be holding our first official ‘getting back to networking’ event and tour of ‘The Green’ at St Richard’s Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester, WR5 3QT from 6 pm on Wednesday 13 July 2022.
Book early as there will only be 30 places at this event
The Green was created through the Build 2020 Project to extend and redevelop the building at Wildwood Drive. It is a place to meet, connect and relax and was created for patients and their loved ones as well as the staff at St Richard’s and of course our lovely Wednesday Club ladies to visit and enjoy!
On arrival at this event, you will be treated to a welcome drink and tour of this beautiful new space at the heart of St Richard’s Hospice. You will see a variety of Living Well therapy rooms which surround The Green including an exercise studio, art studio, occupational therapy training kitchen, musical and film therapy room and much more!
You will also sample the culinary delights of St Richard’s Head of Catering Services, Kevin Ratcliffe and his team who will be serving a selection of sharing boards:
- Charcuterie board. Cured meats & salamis, olives, sundried tomatoes, pickles.
- Marinated Roasted vegetables, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, olives, pickles
- Selection of breads, roast garlic, olive oil & balsamic, rocket
- Fish platter. King prawns, poached salmon, smoked salmon, cold-water prawns, crab mayonnaise.
- Deep fried cheese selection. Halloumi, brie, mac & cheese, onion chutney.
- Cake & dessert boards.

Timings
The event starts at 6 pm and we aim to finish around 8 pm.

St Richard’s Hospice is located close to Junctions 6 and 7 of the M5, and is clearly signposted from the A4440 Swinesherd Way. Find directions on Google Maps
The main hospice reception and car park is off Wildwood Drive, opposite to Worcester Woods Country Park.
Please drive up to the entry barrier and press the buzzer for admittance.
