Fussion Brasserie 14 March 2012

Wednesday Club met on the 14th March at Fussion Brasserie, Stoulton, near Worcester. Once again Fusion provided an excellent lunch and a comforatble venue which suits our networking very well. Chef Felice Tocchini treated to us to one of his memorable demonstrations with lots of top tips on how to reduce salt, fat and oil usage in cooking. We all tasted the delicious mushroom dish, asparagus dish and fruit desert afterwards.
