Bags of Networking @ WCCC on 11th May 2011

 
 

Wednesday Club members recently enjoyed a networking lunch in the picturesque setting of Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

After the two course lunch members received a talk on reusable shopping bags from Sam Turner, Managing Director of JuteXpo. Sam explained how Jutexpo’s ethically produced reusable bags are eco-friendly alternatives to plastic, cotton and canvas bags and are all produced from sustainable resources.

The networking lunch on 11th May was also supporting Worcestershire Women of the Year 2011, which is taking place at the Warriors on 30th June. Jutexpo kindly provided some fantastic bags, which the WWOTY Committee sold on the day with proceeds going to St Richards Hospice.



As always the networking lunch was a great success and the Wednesday Club Committee look forward to seeing you at the next event on 6th July 2011.
