Thank you for visiting our website!
Wednesday Club have been 'in business' for over fifteen years providing a
network of over 300 female business owners and professional advisers available to
support your business across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Launched in 1995, by Honorary Member Penny Andrew, who after setting up her business
in 1994 felt there was a need for a more supportive and friendly networking forum
for women.
The Club brings like-minded women together at our bi-monthly meetings with venues
in and around Worcestershire either over lunchtime or early evenings. These events
are held in a non competitive, but mutually encouraging environment which helps
to generate more business for each other.
Wednesday Club is a friendly organisation run by women, for women in and around Worcestershire. We understand the different working patterns women have today; juggling jobs, children, caring for others, and how
important it is to interact with other businesswomen in a relaxed, friendly, non-pressured environment. Many of our members are working mothers with successful businesses
and therefore meetings must be an effective use of their time.
The women that join Wednesday Club are:
- Ambitious, vibrant women with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to help
each other;
- Business owners or employed business women who are looking to promote their businesses
to gain more contacts or clients
Wednesday Club support local charities and at each event any profit we make we divide between our charities at the end of the financial year. Click here to see more info on what we've done for our charities.
At Wednesday Club we are passionate about helping women to improve their business
opportunities and provide a supportive network too. The Club is run on a not-for-profit
basis for the benefits of its members own businesses or organisations. We aim to
continue to build and strengthen relationships with local and national organisations,
such as Business link, WIRE, in order to offer our members access to more opportunities
to develop both themselves and their businesses.
